At Polestar, we know how critical information security is, especially when working with high-value design. We consider elite-level security and confidentiality as a top priority. We’re happy to sign an NDA with you.

Can you accommodate rush orders or expedited delivery?

Speed is standard at Polestar. We offer a variety of costs and lead times to match your requirements. However, if you require faster delivery for a specific quote, please reach out to your sales representative to see if we can accommodate your request.

What kinds of materials can use for Polestar metal parts manufacturing?
All kinds of carbon steels, stainless steel, Aluminum alloy, brass, copper, zinc alloy.

What is the finish treatments?
For carbon steel parts, can be treated by electroplating of chrome, zinc, nickel, blackening, hot-dip galvanizing,, power coating, painting.

For aluminum parts, can work as anodizing, , power coating, painting, electrophoresis, satin(brush) finish.

For stainless steel parts, can be passivation, chemical polishing, satin finish, and etc.

For brass or copper parts, can be tinning, nickel plated, chrome, silver, gold plating.

For zinc alloy parts, can be treated by electroplating of chrome, zinc, nickel, power coating, painting with all kinds of colors.

What is the payment term?
Tooling cost 50% T/T in advance, rest 50% T/T when the parts approved.
Mass production, 30% in advance, balance paid at sight of copy of B/L.
T/T and L/C are both acceptable.

What is the price term can be worked?
EXW Suzhou, FOB Shanghai port, or CIF destination port.

What’s the general lead time?
Usually 3-4weeks for the mass production, 1-2weeks for the sample lead time.
